Roll forging is a plastic forming process in which a material undergoes plastic deformation under the action of a pair of reverse rotating molds to obtain the required forging or forging stock. It is a special form of forming rolling (longitudinal rolling). Roll forging is suitable for deformation processes such as shaft elongation, slab rolling, and material distribution along the length direction.
Tire die forging is a process method of producing forgings using tires on free forging equipment. The free forging method is generally used to produce blanks for tire die forging. Then it is finally formed in the tire mold. Tire die forging is suitable for small and medium-sized batch production, mainly used in small and medium-sized factories without die forging equipment.
